Chef Frank Gaffey has been delighting his friends and family with delectable treats for nearly 10 years. A graduate of the Orange County Culinary School, Frank worked as a Sous Chef at the renowned Pepper Mill Restaurant in Reno, NV. He returned to Southern California and began catering special events and holidays. Frank loves his craft and every year for Christmas he created an assortment of original cookies to give his friends and family as gifts. He was asked repeatedly by a number of people if they could buy his baked goods. One day a friend from overseas tasted his cookies and wanted more. He convinced Frank to start his business so he could export his goods overseas and sell them to all his friends and family there. And so Country Club Cookies was born. Working in partnership with the Newport Beach Country Club, Frank works his culinary magic in the vast kitchens there. His creations have become so popular the management can't keep up with the demand.
